Our privacy promise

Awarepa is a private, concierge matchmaking service. Profiles are not offered in a public directory. Information is reviewed only for operating, safeguarding, and improving the service.

Information we collect

We may collect identity and contact details, age, location, faith or denomination, relationship and family preferences, profile photographs, communications, application status, introduction history, and optional screening information such as allergy or criminal-history answers.

Why we use it

We use information to review applications, verify members, assess compatibility, request introduction consent, facilitate introductions, provide support, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and maintain an auditable service. We do not sell personal information.

Sensitive information and introductions

Sensitive screening information is optional and processed only with explicit consent. A profile or contact details will not be shared with another member merely because an algorithm suggests a match. Awarepa uses human review and will seek appropriate consent before an introduction.

Communication and service providers

With consent, we may contact you by email or WhatsApp. Carefully selected providers—including hosting, database, authentication, security, email, and messaging providers—may process information only as needed to deliver the service. International processing may occur where those providers operate.

Retention and security

Application records are reviewed annually and deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, subject to safety, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations.

We use access controls, restricted administrative tools, audit records, encryption in transit, and other safeguards. No online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, export, correction, withdrawal from matchmaking, communication opt-out, or deletion. We verify identity before fulfilling a request. Some information may be retained where required for safety, fraud prevention, disputes, or law.
